The predictions per sample plot presented below were calculated based on the "sampling point", that is, considering all uses on the sample plots, as well as on the "forested area", considering only the forested area of the sample plots. Predictions were calculated based on data collected in Cycle 1 of the IFFSC measurements.

The estimated mean stocks for each forest type in Santa Catarina presented below were computed based on the "sample point", that is, considering all land uses on the sample plots. Estimates were computed based on data collected in Cycle 1 of IFFSC measurements.

Mean stocks per hectare (± 95% confidence interval) and for the total forest area in each forest type in Santa Catarina, considering trees with DBH* ≥ 10 cm.
*DBH = diameter at breast height, measured 1.30 m above the ground level.
