FlorestaSC's Forestry Education actions consist of promoting scientific dissemination activities, especially aimed at school audiences, based on the scientific knowledge elaborated in studies at FlorestaSC.

The team seeks to develop educational materials and promote training courses with teachers and students in order to awaken curiosity, raise awareness of socio-environmental knowledge and mobilize sustainable actions on and in our Santa Catarina forests, via schools and universities.

One of the proposals is to produce the Forest Library, which will consist of a set of booklets on the themes of Santa Catarina's forests, prepared in co-authorship with teachers from the State Network of Santa Catarina.
